SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
We make every effort to ship our gauge faces within 24 hours of receipt, providing item is in stock. For body kits, wheels interior parts allow 5 to 10 working days to manufacture products not in stock. Small items are shipped by UPS or Fed EX. by ground, Blue Label (2 day), 3 Day or Red Label (overnight). Shipping takes 5 working days to the East Coast and shorter times the closer you are to Southern California. All large items such as body kits are shipped by air or truck freight. All of our products are shipped with insurance. When box is received you must inspect the shipment and notify the driver if there is any damage to the contents. Make sure you have the truck driver sign the bill of lading if the contents are damaged. It is a good idea to take a picture of the box and contents. If damage is not reported when the box is received you are waving your right to any insurance claim against the shipping company. We make every attempt to pack the shipment with thick bubble wrap so there is no damage. Allow 3-4 working days shipping time west of the Mississippi and 4-5 working days east of the Mississippi.
Merchandise will not be accepted for credit, exchange or refund without prior permission from NR Automobile. No returns on special orders. No returns 15 days after receipt of merchandise. Any merchandise accepted for return, if due to any reason other than our error, will incur a 25% handling and re-stocking charge. Freight must be prepaid and insured on all returned merchandise. We will not accept returns without prior authorization.
Any item returned to NR must have the issued RMA # on the outside of the box. All merchandise to be returned has to be in new resaleable condition with original packaging. Painted or modified parts cannot be returned. If damage occurs on returned parts you are responsible for dealing with the shipping company. We will refuse shipment if parts are damaged.
All special orders require a non-refundable deposit when order is placed. If the order is cancelled for any reason the deposit will be forfeited to NR Automobile. This policy applies to non stock body kit parts parts,custom painted wheels, wheels with tire mounted.
Credit card holders may order by calling our toll free number: (800) 225-3498 and in California (818) 986-8881 or (818) 501 4212, during regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m., Saturday, 9:00 a.m.-11:30 a.m. West Coast time). To order by phone other than during business hours, leave your name and phone number on voice mail and we will return your call.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover as well as Pay Pal (shipped to verified address only). Funds can also be wired to our bank account.
International orders are accepted by phone, online through our website or fax, We do not accept international credit cards that cannot be verified in the United States. AMEX is preferred. Funds can be wired to our bank account.
Prices are subject to change without notice, however we will make every effort to maintain the prices on our website as long as possible. We are not responsible for printing errors.
