GAUGE FACES

1. Backlight Faces
- Refer to the colors listed for your application. During the day, the gauge face will have the specified color (white, aluminum, yellow, etc.) with dark or black numerals. At night, the gauge face will be black and the numerals will be color listed for that application. For example, when a white face gauge inverts at night, the face becomes black and the numbers become white, blue , green, amber, etc. *For '05 Mustang with convenience group option, numerals will light up in many different combinations of colors.

2. Shipping - Usually by UPS; either Blue Label (2nd day air), Ground, Red Label (overnight). We can also ship by U.S. Post Office Express Mail.

3. Speedometer faces have MPH/KPH numbers - Toyota Supra, Honda Civic ('92-'95), Acura Integra '94+, Porsche 911/930, 964 and 993 are all available with either MPH or KPH only speedometer faces. Please specify your preference when ordering.

*International Orders: All gauge faces are in MPH/KPH where the MPH is on the outer side (Large) and KPH is inside (small). We do not have a reversed version. KPH ONLY speedometers are available for Acura Integra '94+, Honda Civic '92-'95, and Porsche 911 '77-'89. We do not make KPH only for any other gauge faces.

4. Cluster Removal - Removal will require some mechanical aptitude. You can refer to a shop repair manual for your car to determine the best method. The clear cover usually attaches to the cluster with clips which can be despressed with a flat bladed screw driver. Removal of the needles and faces can be done at this time.

5. Recalibration - This is accomplished by using tool provided to remove needles and then replacing in the same position after new face is installed as per instructions provided.

6. Quality - Some automobile dealers purchase several of our gauges for use in their show cars. Our faces are made of the highest grade polycarbonate and exceed ISO 9000 and OEM specifications.

8. Installation - Can be done with a little mechanical inclination. If you are comfortable working with your hands and have a certain amount of patience, installation is relatively simple. We provide basic installation instructions and a tool to help you remove the gauge needles; however, you need to know how to take your cluster out of the dash. Most of our customers do their own installations but we recommend professional installation if you are not comfortable doing this kind of work. Mechanics, speedometer shops and stereo shops also do installation of these gauge faces.

9. Return Policy - Merchandise will not be accepted for credit, exchange or refund without prior permission from NR Automobile. No returns on special orders or wheels with tires mounted. No returns 15 days after receipt of merchandise. Any merchandise accepted for return will incur a 25% handling and re-stocking charge. (All body parts and kits 25%) An RGA# is required before returning product. Any product returned must be in Brand New condition and must include the original packaging, instructions and installation tool (if provided). No painted or modified parts will be accepted for return. NO EXCEPTIONS. Freight must be prepaid and insured on all returned merchandise. You must be able to provide PROOF OF DELIVERY to NR Automobile and RECEIPT of merchandise by NR Automobile.

10. SIGNATURE REQUIRED - For security purposes we require that some one sign for your package unless prior arrangements. If no one will be available to sign for your package, you can leave a signed note for UPS stating that you are authorizing them to leave at your doorstep. We attach a SIGNATURE REQUIRED sticker on every package!

11. ADDRESS/SHIPPING VERIFICATION - We ONLY ship to the BILLING address. Please be sure that the information you enter on the order form reflects this information. If you want to ship to another address, arrangements can be made, but you must call here first!

12. TRACKING NUMBERS - We no longer provide a tracking number. We will gladly track your package if you call here and ask that we do so.

13. NR LOGO - Our NR logo appears on many of our gauge faces (usually on the tachometer); however, photos shown on website do not show the logo.

14. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - All International orders require the a copy of the front and back of the credit card be faxed to us along with your signature requesting shipment to you. Duties and Customs Entry fees are the responsibility of the customer upon entry into your country.

Body Kits   

1. Installation - We recommend that NR kits be professionally installed by a competent auto body shop. Most kits come with instructions.

2. Quality - NR Kits are the finest quality after-market parts available anywhere, with special attention to fit and finish. Our parts are manufactured using the highest quality materials available unlike other companies on the internet and EBAY that sell "Dura-Flex" body kits (made in China).  They use sales gimmicks to make you think that their parts are less likely to get damaged when in reality their parts are manufactured with very thin fiberglass to make the parts more flexible.  This also makes the parts more prone to damage.  The fit, finish, and quality of these parts are not comparable to the quality of NR parts.  Price should not be your only consideration when purchasing body parts for your European luxury, SUV or sports car. 
We offer parts in FRP, carbon fiber reinforced plastic, and polyurethane.  All of our lower spoiler  for Porsche bumpers are manufactured in polyurethane for added durability.

3. Ordering - Orders can be placed by phone or online. All orders must be prepaid  by credit card, Pay Pal or wire transfer.  We do not accept COD orders.

4. Shipping - All of our kits are shipped air or truck freight, with the exception of smaller parts that can be shipped by UPS, Fed EX, or Post Office.

5. Return Policy - Merchandise will not be accepted for credit, exchange or refund without prior permission from NR Automobile. No returns on special orders. No returns 15 days after receipt of merchandise. Any merchandise accepted for return will incur a 25% handling and re-stocking charge or a full credit can be used toward another NR Automobile product of equal or higher value. RGA # is REQUIRED. Product returned must be in Brand New, Resaleable condition with all instructions, packaging and installation tool (if provided) included.  No returns on painted parts.  Freight must be prepaid and insured. You have to be able to provide PROOF OF DELIVERY to NR Automobile and RECEIPT of merchandise by NR Automobile on all returned merchandise. No credit will be given for any product that has been modified in any way.

6. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - We only accept international credit cards where the billing information can be verified.  NR only ships to the billing address of the credit card.  All International orders require a copy of the the front and back of the credit card be faxed or emailed to us along with your signature requesting shipment to you. Pay Pal is accepted for payment if you have a verified address with Pay Pal.  NR will only ship to the verified address.   Duties and Customs Entry Taxes are the responsibility of the receiving customer upon entry into your country.

8. INSTALLATION - We recommend that body kit parts (other then small parts) should be  professionally installed unless you have experience doing these types installations.  They are not "do-it-yourself" parts.
